Third Party Administration (TPA) of a 401(k) plan involves completing the necessary tasks to keep the plan in compliance. Our services include:

  • Annual plan compliance testing
  • Annual Form 5500 preparation and filing
  • Preparation of required forms and notices not prepared as Recordkeeper (e.g. SAR, SH Notice)
  • Determination of participant eligibility based on information furnished by the Sponsor
  • Document maintenance and Plan amendments
  • Loan administration
  • Limited 3(16) Fiduciary Services regarding participant distributions
