Established in 2002, Advantage Resource provides compliance assistance with Prevailing Wage statutes (Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, state/local prevailing wage), the Affordable Care Act, and 401(k) Retirement Plans.
Services include fringe benefits administration, management consulting, remote data collection, variable employee hour tracking (ACA compliance), employee training, document access, and data processing services. These services are provided through the interface with several vendors and technologies, using unique and proprietary methods and procedures. Today our Hourly Fringe Program is utilized by government contractors, construction companies, service providers, and other hourly work force employers as a means to earn, pay, and administer employee fringe benefits.
Created in 2012, WorkerServices by Advantage Resource is a tool to help business owners and organizations in various industries communicate with their workforce and members. WS proves especially useful for those organizations spread across various physical locations.
Employers and Organizations have the ability to receive fillable forms, post company programs, policies, employee benefits forms and notices, training videos, and any other content to which they want to provide access. WS is a flexible communication tool that spans distances when face to face isn’t possible.
Worker401k by Advantage Resource provides 401(k) Plan Design, Third Party Administration, and Recordkeeping services. We bundle our 401(k) Administration and Recordkeeping services together to prevent items from slipping between the cracks that occur when data moves between entities.
Through an Open Architecture investment platform and fee transparency, Worker401k helps employers with contribution maximization, prevailing wage, and providing a true employee fringe benefit that accomplishes each company’s unique objectives.
